Simak CVC-6 roll cold rolling mill
The company has one CVC-6 roll 2350mm cold rolling mill, designed and manufactured by SMS, Germany, which is mainly used for cold rolling processing of aluminum and aluminum alloy sheets and strips. The mill is equipped with automatic thickness control system (AGC), automatic plate control system (AFC) and automatic process control system.
The minimum finished thickness of 2350mm mill is 0.1mm, the maximum speed is 1800m/min, and the finished roll weight is Max.30t.
Rolling equipment
CAFCO imported the world leading rolling mills from Germany which are equipped with a series of automatic systems such as the automatic loading/unloading system, automatic roll changing system etc. The fully automatic rolling mill significantly reduces dependence on labor forces, and improves production efficiency.
